Delivery
Orders received from Monday to Sunday, will be dispatched within the following 5
working days. We use Royal Mail post for all deliveries or a DHL 48 hour signed for
service. We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out.
In this case we will advise you either by telephone or email and will endevour, where
possible, to get this item to you if possible. Postage costs will be displayed and
calculated on the shopping cart page and is charged as a variable percentage depending
on the amount being purchased. However for all orders over £50 in the UK delivery
is free. Postage costs displayed only relate to UK orders and for oversea's customers

Returns and Refunds
We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please note that we are not liable for any breakages whilst in transit. Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. but not delivery charges (which are added at checkout stage). We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or canceling it.
